My first blog post







Lockdown Day 7
There comes a time in every 15 year olds life when they just need to start a blog. You may expect them to continue with 'to sort out their complicated lives' or some such 15 year old sentence. But honestly, my life is pretty simple and this blog will contain the simple times in my life. Because there isn't enough simple in this world.


    Lockdown Day 8
You may wonder - since we are in lockdown it is a good time to wonder about things- when this brilliant idea of starting a blog struck me. Well what can I say, there is something rather enlightening about chanting Om at the beginning of an online class. When 112 students are chanting Om at the top of their voices in your headphone and the teacher just can't be heard, great things happen. Like the class getting delayed by 20 minutes because we couldn't hear the teacher trying to stop us, and believe me she tried.

I have written posts before- for another Blog - first one, when I was 8. I have pasted them in this blog now, but this is my FIRST own blog post. 
Don't ask me for notes...

Do you know I am 15 years old and even though I claim life isn’t as complicated as it seems, one of the perks of being my age is you may be getting randomly stressed or panicked about your future. Misadventures of a reluctant walker

(typed by the little girl, without any grammar checks!) Walking is a good thing, but waking up at 6am on a Sunday morning and walking is not one of my favorite things to do. But, that does not seem to stop my mother. Every Sunday she takes me for a walk early in the morning. Usually these walks are planned, have specific starting point locations and a guide. My mother sometimes (as her hobby) conducts walks too. And many a time, I quite enjoy myself too. One Sunday as usual, I was woken up for a walk which was to start at 7am. While I was getting ready, I realized that the clock in our house is not showing the correct time. So, I went and checked the time on the phone, and to my dismay I saw that the time was already 6:30am! Global Day of Parents

Today is international parenting day, so I felt that maybe I should write a blog about parents or perhaps it would be more appropriate if they wrote one for me. The first time I realised that there was something peculiar about the way my parents were parentings, was in junior school. When my friends used to crib about their parents dragging them to tuitions every day. Now this didn’t sound right to me as the only place my parents dragged me to was to the park. Intrigued, I investigated further and found out that they had timetables at home ! These timetables were like lists, not like the annoying list I had at home which dictated which 5 fruits I have to have that day, but a list with all the activities under the sun allotted to a time slot. In a day, they would have a math tuition, a science tuition, singing class and skating class. I never had these time slots. I thought everybody played, studied and slept like me.
